Chocolate Croissants
We use Malley's dark chocolate in our
croissants.
Ingredients:  Flour (unbleached wheat flour enriched (niacin,
reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),
malted barley flour), butter (pasteurized cream), organic
whole milk (milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3), water,
sugar, dark chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with
alkali, cocoa butter, butterfat, lecithin (an emulsifier),
vanillin (an artificial flavor), natural flavors), kosher salt,
yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid), egg
wash (egg, water).
